About WordFest

Ojai WordFest

Ojai has been attracting authors and writers to its mountain valley for centuries. Ojai WordFest (OWF) — a fresh, vibrant literary festival for word lovers of all genres, ages and skill level — aims to attract these lit lovers and ‘word nerds’ back to Ojai’s pink-moment Shangri La, or perhaps draw them here for the first time.

Past participants have come from as far away as Europe, Asia, South America, Canada and the East Coast proving what many locals already know—that Ojai has international appeal and is a writer’s dream destination.
